Sansevieria cylindrica, sansevière or sansevieria with cylindrical leaves, is a succulent plant belonging to the Asparagaceae family. The Sansevierias are close to the agaves and the yucas, but although they are American, the Sanseveria genus, which brings together about 70 species, is African or Asian. Cylindrical sansevieria comes from tropical Africa. A rare plant 20 years ago, it has become a classic in garden centers.
