Muguet Brut is made with the Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada grape varieties.
The “Can Feixes” estate is located in the northernmost part of the Penedès region, in the highlands of Cabrera and Mediona.
Production and Aging
Muguet Brut is made using the traditional Champenoise method, a process that is essential for obtaining the cava’s organoleptic characteristics. Once in the winery, the grapes are gently pressed at low pressure, obtaining the must, which at this stage is cloudy and may contain earth or herbs. The fermentation and aging process lasts at least 9 months.

Appearance: Muguet Brut has a light greenish-yellow color.
Nose: Secondary and tertiary aromas, with a clear predominance of the latter, reflecting its long aging.
Palate: A straightforward and very pleasant palate, with a clear and quality aftertaste.
Food Pairing
Muguet Brut is ideal with aperitifs or served on its own. Its ideal serving temperature is between 6º and 8ºC.
